Services

Three things I’m good at. All of them start with measuring.

Every job has a defined scope and one price, in writing, before I start. I don’t bill by the hour, so I have no reason to be slow.

Start here

AI & data review

Before you spend on AI, find out where it will actually earn its keep. A short, fixed-scope look at your data and processes, ending in a ranked list of what to automate and what to leave alone.

What’s included

  • A proper look at the data, reports and manual work behind one part of your business
  • A ranked list of what to automate or hand to AI, and the checks each one needs
  • A straight answer on whether anything is worth building yet. Sometimes it isn’t.

If it is worth building, I build the first working version for a fixed fee: an internal assistant, a reporting pipeline, or the checks that keep your numbers honest.

Why me

At Amazon I put an AI chat agent into production for internal teams, and led the redesign of a compliance pipeline that had been quietly missing 83% of its records.

SEO · AEO · GEO

Search & AI visibility

Your next customer may never reach your website. They’ll ask an AI assistant, and it will answer for you. I measure what it says, fix what can be fixed, and measure again.

What’s included

  • A baseline of where you show up today, in search results and in AI answers, with the answers kept as evidence
  • Fixes ranked by how much they should help: content, page structure and the technical bits
  • The same questions asked again afterwards, so you can see what actually moved

Nobody can honestly promise you a ranking or a mention. I promise the measurement, before and after.

Why me

The measuring is done with Cipher, a tool I built to track how AI assistants describe a brand. Every score links back to the answer it came from.

Cipher currently covers Google Gemini. More assistants are planned.

Paid media · Programmatic

Performance marketing

Paid campaigns with a clear target, proper tracking, and a decision every week based on what the numbers say. Less hoping, more evidence.

What’s included

  • A plan for audience, channels and budget before a single euro is spent
  • Tracking that shows where the money went and what came back
  • A report before, during and after each campaign: what worked by time, place, device and audience
  • A weekly read of what’s working, and the nerve to switch off what isn’t

Why me

I learned this trade in programmatic advertising at MiQ: tuning live display campaigns for margin and delivery, modelling who was likely to convert, and writing the insight reports advertisers used to decide where to spend. Before that I led campaign analytics and demand generation for an airline at Mu Sigma. I still take on campaign analytics work today.

First questions

Do you charge by the hour?
No. You get one fixed price in writing before I start. If it takes me longer than planned, that’s my problem and not yours.
Do you give legal or compliance advice?
No. I build the data and systems compliance teams rely on: what’s in scope, what evidence exists, what’s missing. The legal opinion stays with your lawyer, where it belongs.
Do you use AI tools in your work?
Every day. It’s why the work is fast. What you’re paying me for is the part AI can’t do: deciding what to build, proving it works, and knowing what to throw away.
